K. Scott Younglove is a veteran retail leader with over 15 years of experience driving operational excellence at some of the nation’s most respected cultural and hospitality institutions — including the Smithsonian, the National Zoo, Bellagio and Mandalay Bay resorts, and the Orlando Science Center.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex retail transitions, managed multi-unit operations, and developed merchandising strategies that align with the distinct missions of museums, zoos, science centers, and guest-driven environments. His approach combines operational discipline with creative guest engagement, resulting in retail programs that are both mission-aligned and revenue-generating.
