With over 15 years of experience leading retail operations across some of the nation’s most respected institutions, including the Smithsonian, the National Zoo, Bellagio and Mandalay Bay resorts, and the Orlando Science Center, Kyle brings deep expertise in cultural and hospitality retail.
He has guided multi-unit operations, led complex retail transitions, built vendor partnerships, and developed merchandising strategies that align with mission-driven goals while generating strong revenue.
